Customizing texts in customer reply Emails

I am trying to customize email texts, that customers receive from the help desk. Much like in this discussion thread (no solution found):

Basically, I think I want to customize the variable ${message.content}

as in the following screen shot.

Can you help me?

Thanks so much for your question.

The {message.content} is governed by the settings in particular Rules in the Customer Notifications menu. You can find more information about customer email notification customization on https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskserver/managing-service-desk-notifications-939926348.html

I was able to customize the notifications using German language on the latest JSD version.

If you continue to have problems editing the message content, please let us know which Jira Service Desk version you are using and how you expect this feature to work for you?
