Hi, I am using the third-party application, i.e., "Halp" to raise the tickets through Slack. Please let me know how to customize the blank space I mentioned with the red box in the screenshot below. Now, these are showing as their custom field name in the backend.
Also, the first red box is written as a test, but that field is Summary in the backend, so why is it showing as a test? How can I change all these black spaces with the customized name?
