When any of our customers try to utilize the portal they see the screenshot below. Every single user sees the exact same screen. Our initial trial ended though we have not had more than 3 'agent' users (so we are able to use the free tier). I added credit card info and that has not resolved the issue. We cleared out storage to ensure we were not over any limits. I've tried every permissions setting using Jira Docs and I can't figure out anything to make it work. Now we are beyond the trial and are remaining official users, do we need to provide a new URL link to the portal??
