Customers will initially engage the Jira project portal on our company intranet and submit a project. As the agent, I'll receive the request but unless the customer finds and completes the followup registration steps (login/password), they will not receive any further communcations through Jira. I need a simple way to instruct them where/how to find this secondary email so my customers may be fully integrated with Jira. I've been told the email may be lost in a SpamMail collection software but cannot be certain. Your help is appreciated.
