Customer notification - Organization added

Is it possible to deactivate the default function "SHARE WITH ORGANIZATION", so that it is not displayed by the user who opens a problem?

Hello Pizarro,

It's not possible to disable the "SHARE WITH ORGANIZATION" option at the moment but, there is a feature request to implement this functionality:

Allow turning off sharing request with Organization by default

As a workaround you can do the following:

Set the notification to be sent to Reporter only:

  1. Go to Project Settings > Customer notifications
  2. Edit the Organization added notification rule
  3. Under To field
    • Remove Customers involved
    • Add Reporter (customer)

Note that this will cause all participants not receiving any notification, even they are not in the organization but added separately.
