May I know why Customer could not see the "Share" link at the Portal?

That's probably because your cutomers don't have the permission to share their requests with other people. To configure your customer permissions go to Project Settings -> Customer Permissions

Thanks Ivan. Do you mean 

"Who can customers share requests with?" ? i m confused about this setup. is this means "who they can share with" but not "who is allow to share", is my understanding correct?
