Hi All,
Our customer is experiencing an issue with the notification toggle button on the service portal. We have a JSM project. One of the users in the organization created a change request called "Managed Firewall Services Request" and shared it with other customers.
The notification button remains turned on initially, but after a few minutes, or whenever a JSM internal staff member or organization member adds a comment, the notification toggle for that user switches off upon reloading the page. I believe this is a technical bug.

Yes, seems like an intermittent issue.
You can raise a concern with Atlassian Team regarding this by following :

Hi @Harshit Grover I have fixed above issue using following solution https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-14987 I believe for all, it will work in future
