Hi @mosims- you can approach your situation by creating multiple projects if you want a completely different experience for your customers. If this is not what you aim for and you want for your users to see the customer portal in their native language, this can be done by changing the language from users profile settings.

What I am looking for is when a customer submits a request the actual request types will have different request types based on that customer's geographical location.
