Creating report based on Request type

Manju Choudhary June 13, 2022

Hi There,

I have created a Dashboard for my project and I am struggling adding one report based on Request type. I want to add a report showing all the issues based on request types and their numbers. I added issue statistics gadget and it only allows me to add Issue type but I want Request type which is not available in the list. I have tried other gadgets as well but nothing helpful. Has anyone else come across this and have been able to resolve it?Jira.JPG

Cheers,

Manju

Hi @Manju Choudhary ,

I tried the same using this gadget, and I couldn't get it there either, but if you're trying to show how many Request types you have for each type, you may be able to use the "Filter count" gadget.  You can create "custom counts" for the Request types required.

I hope that helps.

Thanks,

Melo

You can find a few details about the gadget in the link below:

@MeloThankyou Melo.. Filter count worked for me. I hope Atlassian develops a better feature when it comes to Request Type field.
