We currently have a project aimed at external clients. Now we need these clients to be able to generate requests through the web without having to register. The idea is to generate a form and have the clients fill it out with their data, automatically generating the request. Is this possible?
@Francisco José López Gallardo -
Welcome to the community. Are you stating that your customers are not accessing your JSM portal UI to submit his/her ask? What do you mean by "through the web"?
Please advise, so we can better assist you.
Best. Joseph Chung Yin
Thanks for the welcome Joseph,
The problem is that when I generate a type of request, I copy the URL to be able to generate incidents through the browser.
I send this URL (atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/X) to be able to fill it out.
However, Atlassian forces me to log in to be able to fill it out.
Many of my new clients do not have computer skills and registering for them makes their work difficult.
I have thought about generating a form with the fields I need (email, name, descriptions, phone, etc.) and having them fill it out without registering.
I don't know if it is possible to avoid registration.
Thanks for your answer.
