Create ticket from customer email

Hello!

My customers cannot create ticket in SD via email.

They have send mail to inbox, but in logs I see Errors

Hi @Oleg Kosmakov

I have a few questions regarding this issue:
- What type of mail handler you are using? Is it a Service Desk mail handler (Configured in Project Settings > Email Requests), or a JIRA Mail handler (configured in JIRA Admin > System > Incoming email)?
- For some reasons I can not open the screenshots, can you try to re-upload them?
Can you also copy/paste in a comment the messages that you see?
