Create linked issue feature across JIRA ServiceDesk and JIRA
Hi All,
I have important for me question.
Can I create a linked issue from Jira Service Desk in Jira using "Create linked issue" feature.
What I have:
- I'm admin on both applications and have project access role on both applications
- I have created project link from Jira Service Desk to Jira project
- I have created Application link between Jira Service Desk and Jira applications
- I have full project permissions on both applications to see all tickets, manipulate them etc.
Steps to reproduce:
Open more menu and choose Create linked issue
Expand Project menu.
I can see only Jira Service Desk projects but not Jira project that was added by create project link
In link feature I can choose server on which I can choose project and Jira ticket to which I can make link
How to make visible Jira projects in Jira Service Desk "Create linked issue" screen?
