Create from template - Tickets dos not appear

Hi, 

I'm trying to create an Epic from a template including few tickets. I used to be able to create it and see all my tickets with no problem. But now, I can't see the tickets when I create form a template. They are just not create, even if the template has tickets.

Can you help please ?

Are you using an app to create these issue? There is an active incident on Atlassian regarding the Connect apps.

I see, then this is a different issue. This feature was recently been released and is marked as NEW. I believe the testing is still being performed on it. 

Try clearing your cache, using different browser and running in the incognito mode.
