Change Service Desk notification

When a customer is sending a Service Request via Email, they are able to create their own account. And I would like to change this message.
And I would like to change the message when I invite a new customer to our Service Request.
I would like to change it so the customer can understand that we are sending the message and that they can understand what it is.

Hi Julian,

 

We can customise most of the JSD customer notifications via Project settings >> Customer notifications page, except for the invitation and welcome e-mail.

 

Suggestion has been raised for this matter -- JSDSERVER-1386.

 

Please vote and watch the case so that your opinion on this issue may be heard by our development team, comments are also welcome. The feature will be addressed in accordance to our new features policy.
