Hello,
we needed to renew our Service Desk license and I accidentally missed using our old SEN (SEN-4048882) for the update. After renewing a new SEN (SEN-10671916 ) was created. Is there a away to change the old SEN to the new one?

Hi Christian,
Each time a license is renewed, you will want to login to your My Atlassian account management page and click on the View License link to generate a new set of license key(s).

A step-by-step procedure on how to apply the new set of license keys for your Jira license is located on this page.
Once the new set of keys has been applied, your instance licensing will be up-to-date.
