Are you working in the same project, where it "worked perfectly"?
Look like that you or your team members don`t have permissions in project with this problem.

Yes, we all have access to these projects. We have been communicating together through these comments (with @)for more than a year.
Earlier, at the end of the morning, everything went back to normal.I don't know why but I guess the problem has corrected itself.
