Cannot @mention my team anymore on comment

Sonia BEN SAÏD July 12, 2019

Hi,

I can't find my team members when I want to mention one with the @ in the comments.
How can this be corrected?

It has always worked perfectly. An hour ago it worked very well but now it's impossible.

In advance, I thank you.

Best regards,

Hi @Alexander Bondarev !

Yes, we all have access to these projects. We have been communicating together through these comments (with @)for more than a year.

Earlier, at the end of the morning, everything went back to normal.
I don't know why but I guess the problem has corrected itself.

Thank you all the same for your quick answer.

Wishing you a good day.

Regards,

Hi, @Sonia BEN SAÏD !

Are you working in the same project, where it "worked perfectly"?

Look like that you or your team members don`t have permissions in project with this problem.
