The company I work for is a strong proponent of Atlassian software. Our software and manufacturing teams heavily rely on JIRA boards to track, resolve, and communicate issues. We offer a proprietary software called the Xplorer View Portal, which allows customers to pilot and control our uncrewed surface vehicles. Currently, we lack a system to track feedback from customers using the portal. I’m wondering if it’s possible to integrate a JIRA board into our portal to facilitate tracking customer feedback.
If your team is using a Jira Service Management project you can embed a widget in your site to collect requests/feedback.
