Can you change the Base URL for a Jira Service Desk Cloud instance?

I would like to change the Base URL to one of our own domain instead of the default .atlassian.net domain. Is that possible? If yes, how?

There are a number of existing thread in the community discussing this topic you may wish to read. Here is one to start with.

That is correct, I browsed the ones that specifically mention the Base URL. These however all seem to concern different instances, e.g. Jira Server.

With the reference to the ticket you included in your response you mean to say it cannot be done?

yes. that is my understanding to date. i expect there are ways to spoof behind proxies but you really are changing the URL.
