We have migrated all of our teams from various ticketing systems to JSM. For internal folks who are coming to the JSM portal to enter tickets if the team name they are looking for is alphabetically challenged (starts with a lower letter in the alphabet) then its stuck under "Show more portals". Not a huge deal but its an extra click. We are trying to drive more teams to the portal vs email options so we can enforce required fields. So is there a way to have the portal always expanded to show all options?

Hi Zach,
On the Portal, there is an Edit page Layout, where you can mark a portal with a star, that then makes the portals 'Featured' and they display above the 'Show all'.
You can also Sort the projects, in that space by popularity or A-Z.

This doesnt really work. If you star something it minimizes the other portals even more, and you can only star 15.
