Hello!
We have a Service Management project for managing internal Localisation requests in our company.
One ticket received on the Service Management project might have 10 different languages that requires input from ten different translators.
We're looking for a way to provide each translator with a possibility to only see the requests related to their owned language and be able to move it through stages visually (TO DO, IN PROGRESS, DONE) in separate Kanban boards.
Would it be possible to sync a company-managed Service Management project with a company-managed Kanban board project? This is what I have in mind:
1. One ticket for 10 different languages is raised on the Service Management project.
2. 10 separate tasks are created for each language translator on separate language boards.
3. Each ticket stage is visible on the parent ticket in the Service Management project.
4. Once all 10 tasks in all 10 Kanban boards are moved to DONE stage, the parent ticket in the Service Management project reflects that too.
Also, to answer a possible question (Why don't you use one board for all of the tasks?) in advance:
We have a lot of translators and will have more in the future. It would be too overwhelming to have each and every task multiplied on the very same board.
Thanks a million!
