Can we link two tickets in customer portal in JSM and fetch the value from one field in one ticket to another field in another ticket?

Hi @shivani shirguppi , while you can certainly link two JSM issues, customers cannot do this within the portal view. Regarding copying the data from one issue to the other this can be done with automation.

That is something that you need to answer. What event drives you to want to copy the value from one issue to the other? Maybe it is the linking action? In other words, you could trigger on issue linked and then check some conditions to verify all aligns with when you want to copy the field.
