Can we add request number and request type to reports

I need to create a report for resolve requests and I want to have request number , request type , requestor name and assignee name in it. Can we do that. Please suggest.

Try the following JQL filter. Navigate to the Issues/Search for Issues and in the advanced search view enter the following but edit the italics project to match your project name.

project = abc and Resolution != unresolved 

when you get the results edit the columns displayed to include the fields you mentioned and want. You can then save this filter, set up a subscription, use in a Dashboard, etc.

finally I would highly recommend that you peruse Atlassian documentation to better understand the capabilities.
