Can I have a different form structure for Jira mobile app and Jira website (both Cloud) when creating tickets in the same project?

At the moment, it is not possible to set up a different list of fields or a screen for Jira Mobile.
What are the use cases in which you need a different list of information when you submit from the mobile app?

This specific case is that the users when they are submitting a request via mobile app, thet can not add the "Description" in the first attemp.
They need to submitt the ticket and then they have to EDIT it in order to add the description.
So basically it comes empty, only with the Summary.
Is there a way to configure it in the "create" form?
