I am trying to use JIRA service desk as CMDB for AWS resources.
I guess AWS Service Management Connector for Jira Service Desk is the correct option (correct me if I wrong), but its unavailable for JSD cloud. So in JSD cloud I see only AWS Service Catalog Connector, which allows to request for resource provision using AWS Service Catalog, but I think that doesn't serve my purpose for using it as CMDB.
So should I install JSD on a server and manage myself for achieving this purpose? if so, is it only the server I should manage or DB as well? or is there any other option for achieving this?
