Building an email subscription list with Jira Service Portal

Hi,

I would like to build an email subscription list by allowing our customers to raise a ticket through our Service Portal and capture their email there.

Is this possible? Is there a better way to accomplish the same?

What would be an easy way then to access the list of emails so we can send a bulk email?

You can collect the addresses in that way, but there is no mail batch function in JSM.

A function like this is more native to Statuspage | Atlassian.

You can mimic this by a series of automation, but it will never be as good as a native function.

As an alternative you can look for an add-on in the marketplace that gives that function to your JSM.
