Branding Jira Service Desk

Hi,

I download the sample image from this page ( https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SERVICEDESK/Customize+and+share+your+service+desk) to test branding, however it only populates the 2nd bar (see attached) and not the top bar as indicated here:https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SERVICEDESK/Branding+your+Customer+Portal.

I have seen samples in tickets (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-909)where the top bar was successfully branded (2nd attachment). Can you please let me know how to properly brand the entire page?

I was experiencing the same problem and opened a ticket in Atlassian JIRA site. It looks like Atlassian is planning to include this feature in the next release (2.2 and 2.3-OD-05). Please go to the link below and vote for this feature to expedite the process.
