Hi,
We've recently been encountering an issue whereby an organization / field update causes our PagerDuty integration to fire incorrectly for our standard support customers, whereby a default Org. [P] Gladly gets undesirably added, thus causing PagerDuty to fire every time.
Do you have any suggestions on how we can tweak this rule so it only fires after the correct/pre-defined Org. can't be found?
As an aside ~ We can't locate the 'Auto Add Customer to Organization' in our automation rules any where. Any ideas where this might be located?
