Automatically add Stakeholders to Incident

Ben August 19, 2022

I'm trying to work out how Stakeholders work in Jira Service Management. My workflow would be:

1. I have a form published in our Customer Portal for users to complete

2. That form creates an incident, with the service pre-populated (bingo, now got the notifications for the service team sorted)

3. I want to have the Stakeholders automatically updated on the ticket, and possibly email the stakeholders via Automation. Is this possible?

Hi @Ben - Yes this should be possible.  You're basically wanting to send an email to stakeholders triggered by the Incident issue creation?  Are your stakeholders a static group or are they captured somewhere in the system and you want to pull that data based upon the service?
