Auto Download attachments to a server

Karishma January 25, 2024

Is there a way to automatically download all attachments received from the request to a local server. For standard plans the attachments disappear for old requests. Manual downloading would take a lot of time.

Hi @Karishma ,

Now clear on what exactly you are wanting to do. Are you trying to download the attachments from a Jira Service Management ticket? If you want to download the file to a server, would just access the ticket from the server and select download.

Other wise, you can try using API calls from the server.

Hope this helps.

Our previous support portal Netsuite had a repository where we could find all attachments received and then we could download all at once. These attachments were part of separate customer cases.
