Attached mp3 file in customer notification shows an embed error

Dear Atlassian community,

happy to ask my first question. When we add an mp3 file in comment for customer (JSM project), customer gets notification email and instead of added mp3 file it shows error: 

Unable to embed resource: filename.mp3 of type audio/mpeg

Found out that there is bug JSDCLOUD-11572 and workaround, but it consists of using old issue view that is not available for us anymore.

Maybe someone of you has similar problem (please vote in bug mentioned previously) or solution to it? Will be grateful for any suggestion!

As the mentioned bug is not fixed yet, I'm afraid you'll have to wait and gather as many votes as possible. You have mine.

There are multiple bugs with the new issue view.

As a workaround, I've been able to zip the files and attach the zip
