Atlassian Cloud notification - switch off for certain organization/products
Hi Community,
we are having multiple organizations (products) within our company some of them being test environments.
For the test environments we do not want to send out notifications to user while testing.
I have therefore disabled the "outgoing mail" options, which prevents sending notifications mails.
This works well, however user have now reported that they get notifications within the Jira application also from the the test environments, which is confusing (example in the attachments), especially since it is not mentioned from which environment the notification is from.
My question therefore, is it possible to completely switch off these notifications from certain organizations or products (similar to the email notifications)?
