I enabled Atlassian Assist on a channel where the main thing we want to do is search Confluence. I created 1 intent to create a specific ticket, and now it is no longer searching Confluence. What do I do?

When you enabled the virtual agent for the Slack channel, did you also enable AI answers? Also, check your settings for the KB, it should be set so everyone logged in can view the linked space.
