Hello
I have configured assets and our JSM Service Desk technicians (which are in a group for the role: Object schema developers) are able to search and find the Notebooks for the issue reporter. But our technicians are not able to read the atlassian account id.
Is it possible to configure the read permissions for the technicians via a role or specific configuration or is it not possible?

Can you check if the technicians have the permission to browse users ?
Global Permissions --> Browse users and groups
