1. Is it possible for 2 custom filters in the board to run parallel for different fields?
2. Extract Jira ticket filter based on cascading field on requestor:
Is it possible to filter the ticket by parent field + child field, or just child field? i mean the meaning is child is the dropdown or option from cascading.
3. Capability for these to be grouped task in Board based on custom field?
4. Check how Maximum custom filters which can create on the board ?

Welcome to Atlassian community.
On Kanban boards you can have one main filter to base your board on and then use Quick Filters to drill down and see what you need to do.
You can also add swimlanes to group tasks together that have a commonality.
There is currently a max of 30 filters on a board.
