hello, due to data protection I would like to anonymize issues. In particular, I would like to delete the issue history completely or make individual entries (personal data) unrecognisable. A ticket deletion is out of the question. can anyone help me?

thank you for answering! the ticket history should be able to be deactivated depending on the ticket. As I understand it, the whole add-on will be disabled. So your solution is not absolutely satisfying. Thank you!
