Hello team! 

We are currently using Jira Service Management in our organization to manage incoming customer requests. We are exploring options to perform capacity planning directly within Jira, but from my understanding, this feature seems to be available only in Jira Software. Could you please confirm if this is correct, and if so, are there any suggested workarounds or solutions to enable capacity planning within Jira Service Management?

Welcome to the community!

If you don't have Jira Software Premium to use the capacity planning for "Plans", I would recommend you look into plugins in the marketplace which will probably save you a lot of money.
