Adding a Mandatory field to the Request Closing Screen

Hello,

I would like to add a mandatory field to the claim closure screen as I have provided in the screenshot. Before closing the claim, I would like to fill this field so that it can be pulled to done.

Hi Sefa,

On the same transition that uses the screen above, add a Validator for Field Required. Then select the field. Save the workflow and publish it.

I think you are talking about the process on the link, but this does not solve my problem. It appears on the request screen, I want it to come to the closing screen.

No, I am talking about this same screen. When does this screen get shown? When you are trying to have the issue to Done? That's the same transition that you need to add the Field Required validator.
