Add Validator To Transition - Field Required Validator option nota available

I'm trying to add a validation transaition in the workflow, but the option "Field Required Validator"is not available as show the documentation in the link below.

Ohh, that's annoying, the document neglects to mention you need to have the Jira Suite Utilities add-on (or something similar) installed.

Do you have any workflow add-ons installed at all?

I don't have add-ons.
