Hello, 

I am reading about 

Activate Atlassian Intelligence answers.

  1. The first prerequisite is "you have a knowledge base space linked to your project."
    We use Helpdocs.io for our knowledge base. Can we link our knowledge base to our Jira project?
  2. If we cannot, Can I use the Virtual Agent? How?

Hi @Nir Malchy,

Atlassian's knowledge base linked to Jira Service Management is in Confluence.  AI answers is just part of what the virtual agent offers - it also lets you offer predefined flows to process request, to name an example. So, yes - you can still use the virtual agent without AI, but maybe not to its full potential.
