Is it possible to manage multiple users under a single account? I want to be able to create an account with common fields such as company name and address. Then create multiple users under that account with different email and phone numbers. Similar to ZenDesk and any other customer support software.
The Agent can invite customers and be the responsible of your Service Desk projects where he can restrict the project according to your needs, but unfortunately there's no way to create multiple customers according yo the company as your goal
