Hi,
We are using Jira Software in cloud, and now doing some tests with Jira Service Management.
I could see during our tests that a user with Jira Service Management license only (not Jira Software) is able to access EazyBI.
Is it the normal behaviour? Or am I seeing it wrong?
Thank you in advance for your response.
Regards!
Hi @Gabriela Landó ,
EazyBI is a separate AddOn. Every Jira user (JSW or JSM) should be able to see EazyBI as an option in the Jira header bar (under "Apps"). Is this not the case ?
Besides that, each individual user should be given access to the EazyBI "Accounts" they should be able to access.
Best regards,
Kris
Hi! Yes, it is the case. I wrote the question because I was surprised (I though a user could see the AddOns only if they had JSW).
But I'm glad to confirm that EazyBI can be seen also for JSM users.
Thank you very much!
Gabriela

Yes, as @Kris Dewachter mentioned, the eazyBI app can be accessed by all Jira users (JSW and JSM).
But you can manage eazyBI account users separately to limit which eazyBI account data is available for which users, read more here: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/set-up-and-administer/manage-accounts

EazyBI is for both JSW users and JSM users (via the Project UI only). Keep in mind that this add-on has its own additional permissions configuration (i.e. who can create/manage reports or view only etc...)
Hope this also helps.
