Access Problem

Torsten Oelschlägel January 2, 2025

Hello every one.

I have created a new project and now want to customize it to meet our customer-oriented needs. Unfortunately, I am unable to change any fields, even though I am the project admin. An error message appears. See attached images. I request a solution to this problem. Thank you in advance.

Hi @Torsten Oelschlägel ,

You can try to access the same in an incognito mode or an alternate browser. If the issue persist, kindly log a support request with Atlassian :

Hi @Torsten Oelschlägel ,

Just an additional note on what Harshit mentioned - this is a public forum so you might take that into consideration when sharing information such as site name/URL and email(s).

In any case, on top of reaching out to Atlassian Support, in case there are any service disruptions (looking globally), there's an Atlassian Status page which you can check to see if there have been any reported or active incidents.
But, again, fastest way to get this resolved might be reaching out to support.

Hope you'll get this resolved soon.

Cheers,
Tobi

Hello Harshit and Tobi,

thank you for your quick responce, but.. Your link is not helpful. see picture. It only leads to documentation or the community. Direct support contact is not possible here. I also tried it with Google Chrome and in incognito mode. The exact same result occurs. So, no solution.support.JPG

best Regards

@Torsten Oelschlägel yeah - system pulls data from your account and checks whether you're product admin for the site you've entered. From the attached screenshot, I'm guessing you have specific people who are site and org admins and these people can raise request for linked site/product.

If you're not product admin, can you maybe reach out to your organization administrators to check out the issue you're experiencing? Or, otherwise, they can raise a request to Atlassian Support and add you as participant.
