New Halp Support Contact Form

Need some halp with Halp? We’ve got a new portal that makes it easy to securely submit and track your support requests. We will officially disable our current support email (support@halp.com) on November 19th. Check out our FAQ below to learn more about this change, and don’t forget you can always reach us in the following places:

  • Halp Knowledge Base – View our documentation and halpful setup articles.

  • Atlassian Community – Read about our latest product updates and best practices.

  • Slack Halp Sandbox – Play around with Halp and ask questions.

  • Status Page – See system status updates and outage news.

  • Halp Web Interface – Chat with us directly in the product for urgent support issues.

  • Shared Slack Channels – Enterprise customers on Slack can always connect with us in their dedicated shared channel. If you’re a Standard or Premium user interested in upgrading, visit the billing tab in your settings to switch plans.

How do I contact Halp product support?

You can contact the Halp support team by visiting our support site. On this page you’ll find several resources for common questions, as well as a link to our contact form with a simple template for sharing the details of your issue and any relevant attachments.

Why isn't there a direct support email listed for product support?

Our product support team uses a contact form instead of email in order to provide our customers the most effective support experience possible. A contact form provides the following benefits to customers:

  • Provides the support engineer the necessary details to solve your problem quicker (e.g. customer URL).

  • More accurate routing to get your ticket to the correct support engineer.

  • Support history is available for customers that want to see their previously submitted support tickets.

  • Email is considered an ‘unauthenticated’ channel and is hard to validate who a user is with the level of certainty we can get with an authenticated contact form. Email is riskier because it opens up the potential for spoofing.

  • More secure file transfer between customers and support.

I found a support email online – can I use this email to contact you?

Any old support email addresses you may find (e.g. support@halp.com) will have an automatic reply directing you to our new contact form.
