My understanding is that all Atlassian has done here is renamed the slack bot from "Halp Bot" to "Atlassian Assist". I don't believe Halp had a way to integrate with Confluence and Assist hasn't received that functionality at this time either.
Not sure if this is the right channel, but I have spotted an issue with the Atlassian Assist. When changing the status of a ticket to resolved from Slack its removing the description field.
I left a comment here when the announcement was made that we are interested in using Assist with our internal JSM Premium Cloud with our company Teams. Has the new version been released for Teams?
If not and we integrate Teams now with Assist before the new version is released will there be a new learning curve for our internal clients/colleagues?
