Hi Everyone,

In this video tutorial we showcase how you can build a Jira Service Desk using Forms. You will be able to build a full end to end Jira Service Desk with the help of pre-built Jira Templates in less than 20 minutes.  

Benefits of using forms:

- No custom fields required

- Hundreds of Pre-built templates that can be customized to your needs

- Ability to dynamically show fields based on conditional logic from previous selections

- Ability to link information from the forms to existing custom fields
