customer portal in Jira service desk

How request types can be added in customer portal in Jira service desk?

I checked it at "".

But its not clear so I was not able to find the options in jira service desk.

Kindly help.

Hi Ankita,

To add a new request type, please do the following:

  • Access JIRA
  • Click on Service Desk
  • Click on Settings
  • Click on Request types (left menu)
  • There you'll see the existing request types, and a line with blank fields where you can enter a new request type then click on Add
