customer cannot see coworkers requests

Excuse me for a noob-question, but I'm trying to get customers in projects to see all requests created by their coworkers (as standard, for all projects).

At the moment, I'm getting a lot of double requests; Had a look on the portal of a user, and they can only see requests they made, even if they click "All".

How do I solve this?

I believe this is what Organizations in JSD are for, please take a look at this blog post:

It is an old read from 2016 but has in my opinion a good write-up. Documentation-wise, it is better detailed here:

So in a nutshell, organizations are groups of people belonging to the same "organization" (but this can vary depending on your setup since it is at the end of the day, a group of users, so it can as easily be used for different teams).
