I'm new to JSD and I'm not clear on what information to include in an issue that would be useful for later reporting. I see "Issue Types" and "Components" and "Labels", and I don't understand how these features would best used to produce reports. I have been reading articles on the Atlassian Support web site and I haven't found the guidance I'm looking for.
Are there any resources that explore this topic in depth that could be recommended? Thanks.
