add or customize client resume request portal on service desk


   how to customize the client portal service desk. how can change, add or remove row into request resume client.

i need add the row Date and priority.

If you want to have Date, priority or other fields on the same row as the issue you can add those field to the request type( via the issue type) and then reconfigure your queues JQL.

This is not possible to do OOTB. You can check the Marketplace for an addon.
