Update page when an issue is assigned to another user

I have defined a security scheme, which indicates that once the issue changes state, it is assigned to a specific user; but when the issue changes state and is assigned to another user, the page continues there on the user's screen that passed the incident to the other state. Only by updating the page manually, is a message displayed informing that the issue does not exist and disappears from the queue.

How can I make the page update automatically?

Hi @Angela Guarín 

You can't force refresh a screen on jira cloud. Due to the fact that all functions work async, that page will eventually auto updates some parts of the issue, OR a pop up will be revealed, indicating changes on the issue.

As far as I know, for security schemes, the page will not auto refresh. But even if the former user will try to update fields on the issue, he/she will not be able to do it.
